I didn't think the color of the towels was appropriate. White is the hotel standard precisely because it hides nothing; It gives you the assurance that the item was washed and sanitized correctly.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great for those who want to do things on foot. Being in a hotel gives you a greater feeling of security when returning late at night. The gas shower was very good, it heated well. And the view from the rooftop is sensational, despite not having a balcony. Despite being very close to Paulista, it was very quiet at night. Positive point for the receptionist who checked me in, who, despite being late due to another guest, was very friendly and respectful to me. I would stay there again!
My check-in was free from 2pm, but I only got in after 3pm. The room was not ready as the previous guest left late. It didn't have much of an impact, as I didn't have any commitments on the day, but it would have had an impact if I had. For my taste, the bed could be a little softer too, as could the pillow be thicker. The day I arrived the wifi didn't work, I contacted the owner who only responded the next day at 1pm, but the problem had already been resolved. As I stayed for a short time it didn't have much of an impact, one day without wifi and one with it.
